Our Gift To You

We've spent many hours preparing a brand new version of the widget for you this holiday season, adding many new features and a whole lot of polish. As just one example, we've finally introduced dimming light patterns to give a softer glow to your dashboard. An Important Update Notice

This year, a lot of changes have happened under the hood to improve reliability and future extensibility. For this reason, you may want to close the widget before installing the new one if it's open. Also, your existing preferences will be overwritten the next time you restart your Mac. This is a one-time thing, and future reboots and updates will go smoothly. Thanks for understanding!

Light Spectacular

Thanks so much to everyone who donated this holiday season. With your help, we have been able to donate $250 to the Toys for Tots Foundation! We appreciate your support. Now that the new year has arrived, we have some new lightsets to carry you through the winter. Whether you're digging yourself out of snow all the time or have yet to see snow this year, the Flocons lightset created by Christian D. will be a nice winter wonderland for your Dashboard. Don't forget to peruse the lightset gallery for many more designs.

Be sure to check back frequently as the list of lightsets submitted by the Mac community continues to grow, and try out the "Featured lightset" option in the latest version of the widget, to be kept up to date with featured lightsets automatically.
